Consent

Hereby, in accordance with Federal Law No. 152-FZ “On Personal Data” dated 27.07.2006, you confirm your consent to the processing of your personal data by the company "Dorothea22" for the following purposes: collection, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, modification), use, transfer solely for the purpose of selling software in your name as described below, blocking, anonymization, and destruction.

Dorothea22 guarantees the confidentiality of the information received. Personal data processing is carried out to efficiently fulfill orders, contracts, and other obligations that Dorothea22 has undertaken to perform.

If it becomes necessary to provide your personal data to the rights holder, distributor, or reseller of the software for the purpose of registering the software in your name, you consent to the transfer of your personal data. Dorothea22 guarantees that the rights holder, distributor, or reseller will protect personal data under terms that are at least as protective as those set forth in the Personal Data Privacy Policy.

This consent applies to the following of your personal data: surname, given name and patronymic, email address, shipping address for orders, contact phone number, and payment details.

The consent is valid indefinitely. You may withdraw this consent at any time by sending a written notice to the address: 658218, Rubtsovsk, Kolvyanskaya Street, 19, with the note “Withdrawal of consent to the processing of personal data.”

Please note that withdrawal of consent to the processing of personal data will result in the deletion of your account from the website (https://rom-art.com/) and the destruction of records containing your personal data in Dorothea22’s data processing systems, which may make it impossible to use Dorothea22’s online services.

I certify that the information provided by me is complete, accurate, and reliable, and that providing this information does not violate the applicable laws of the Russian Federation or the rights and interests of third parties. All information provided has been entered by me personally.

This consent is valid for the entire period of storage of personal data unless otherwise provided by the laws of the Russian Federation.
